Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifications do I need?
- A few of our Angel positions require training, which will be provided by the school at the school. Time available is the most important factor. A desire to make a difference in a child's education is a great qualification.
Do I need a Criminal Reference Check?
- If you are going to be volunteering in the school, you require a one time criminal reference check and an annual declaration.
How much time is needed?
- Many of our volunteer programs are flexible. We would greatly appreciate any amount of time you are able to offer. Commitment ranges from once a year to daily.
I am not available during school hours, can I still volunteer?
- Absolutely, our School Council meets in the evenings. It is the best way to meet people and learn what is happening in your children's school.
