
Coat of Arms
Our school Coat of Arms was designed by two former students, Chris Cote and Philip Zanotti as part of a school-wide collection of student suggestions and design entries. The project was facilitated and assisted by, former teacher, Mrs. Jennifer Giel.
The Cross: represents our Catholic Christians faith and the work of our Redemption.
The Dove: represents the Holy Spirit while the rays from the dove symbolize the Holy Spirit's guidance and influence on our work. The dove also represents our desire for peace in our communiyt and in the world.
The Book: represents the Bible, the source of our faith and the word of God. It also represents our commitment to leaning and literacy in our schoo and our society.
The Tree: is a symbols of growth, strength and the beauty of God's creation.
Stylized Athlete: the figure is intended to represent physical growth, commitment, sportsmanship, participation and celebration of endeavour.
Maple leaf: (on the athlete's uniform) represents a reasoned pride in our nation and reminds us our duties and responsibilities as citizens.
