Teacher Personnel


The Teacher Personnel Department is responsible for the administration of all recruitment and employment related matters, including salary administration for the folllowing positions:

  • Elementary Teachers
  • Secondary Teachers
  • Occasional Teachers
  • Educational Resource Workers
  • Alternative and Continuing Education Teachers and Instructors

Academic On-Line Application

Please submit a copy of the documents listed below for the position you are applying to by fax (905) 501-0183.

Elementary and Secondary Teachers:

  • Resume and cover letter
  • Completed Catholic Faith Reference Portfolio
  • Completed Catholic Parish Priest Reference Form or a letter from your parish priest
  • Proof of completion or enrollment in the pre-service religion course
  • Copy of transcripts of post secondary studies
  • Certificate of Qualifications from the Ontario College of Teachers (new graduates upon receipt)
  • Practice teaching reports for new graduates upon receipt

Educational Resource Workers:

  • Resume and cover letter
  • Completed Catholic Parish Priest Reference Form or a letter from your parish priest
  • Transcipts/Diploma of Early Childhood Education Certificate
  • Educational Assistant Diploma
  • Copy of a University Degree, if applicable
  • Post Secondary Education Certificate or Diploma

Adult and Continuing Education Instructors:

  • Resume and cover letter
