Cardinal Newman School Prayer

Blessed are you, God in heaven in your great mercy you gave us Jesus, your Son, to be our Saviour, friend and brother.  As Christ's disciples, may we treat others fairly and live in peace.  May we help other children and the poor.

God, so rich in mercy, may we obey your will and live by your Word.  May we be open to talk with other people who believe in Jesus and to those who belong to other religions.  Help us on our journey to you.  May we, your children, come to know Mary, most holy Mother of God and the Church.  May we give honour, glory, praise and thanks to you, God, our source of life, with your Son and your Holy Spirit, forever.
