School Closure

During the winter months, there may be a time that the school may be closed or the busses may be cancelled.

If school is closed during the day prior to 3:00 p.m. due to deteriorating weather conditions, it is the responsibility of the board and the school personnel to make emergency arrangements with the safety of the students in mind. If the school is closed early, bus students will be sent home as soon as busses arrive at the school. If deteriorating conditions require an early school dismissal; please be certain that your child has a plan to observe - going to a neighbour or to a sitter, etc..

Bus Cancellations

During the winter months inclement weather may cause the disruption of bus transportation and regular school operations. A decision to cancel school transportation and/ or school closures is made by 7:00 a.m. and will be announced on the following radio stations:
