Another hockey season is upon us and we are very excited. This year we are lucky to have our principal assist us with the coaching. Mr.Lariviere brings a lot of expertise and knowledge to the game and we feel the girls will definitely learn alot. Mr. Lariviere has coached the Brampton Thunder team which has supplied the Canadian National Team with players like Lori Dupuis, Jayna Hefford and Vicky Sunohara. Along with myself, Elio Roppa and student teacher Kyle, we also have Nicole Callahan who has played for the Women's National Hockey League joining our coaching staff. The makeup of the girl's teams includes a variety of experiences and knowledge about the game. The players range from grade 9 to 12 with varying experiences and knowledge. With most of last year's players returning, in addition to some new very talented grade 9 players, we feel we will have a great team! Enjoy the season!
