Encounters With Canada: A federally sponsored citizenship and leadership program in Ottawa
Encounters With Canada is Canada’s largest national youth forum that has attracted over 81, 000 students from across Canada for the last 27 years to the Terry Fox Canadian Youth Centre in Ottawa. In their week-long experience, students ages 14 – 17 discover their country, learn about Canadian institutions, meet famous and accomplished Canadians and develop their leadership skills.
