Important Deadlines
- September 16, 2009 – Last day for semester 1 timetable changes
- October 6, 2009 - Last day for semester 1 course type changes
- November 20, 2009 – Last day to drop semester 1 senior courses for marks not to appear on transcript
- December 1, 2009 – Last day to drop semester 1 senior courses
NOTE: Any course that is dropped after October 1 may not be retaken in semester 2.
- January 13, 2010 – Ontario university application deadline
- February 2, 2010 – Ontario colleges application deadline for equal consideration
- February 10, 2010 – Last day for semester 2 timetable changes
- March 3, 2010 – Last day for semester 2 course type changes
- April 30, 2010 - Last day to drop semester 2 senior courses for marks not to appear on transcript
- May 7, 2010 – Last day to drop semester 2 senior courses
Repeating a Course in Consecutive Semesters
Students can repeat a course in semester 2 only if
o The student completed the course and wrote the final exam
o There is room in the course, after an initial two-week waiting period to allow new registrants into the course
o The first semester teacher of the course being repeated indicates that the student has responsibly fulfilled all classroom duties(satisfactory attendance and completion of assignments).
