Registration for the 2010-11 school year will be held at
all Dufferin-Peel Catholic elementary schools on the following dates:
Monday, February 22, 2010 - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.*
*Snow Date: Tuesday, February 23, 2010 - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, February 24, 25 & 26, 2010
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Junior Kindergarten - Children must be 4 years old by December 31, 2010
Senior Kindergarten - Children must be 5 years old by Decemebr 31, 2010
Mission Statement
We, God's people, staff of Sts. Martha and Mary Cathoilic School strive daily to meet all aspects of our vocation, i.e. to teach and learn from each other and our students. We believe that literacy and numeracy are fundamental life skills. We endeavour to teach these essential processes in our classrooms.
About Our School
This school year, 2009-2010, Sts. Martha and Mary is home to 430 students with a staff and faculty of approximately 40. We work in partnership with parents to foster academic excellence as well as the spirtual life of both our students and staff.
Our School Motto is "Striving for Excellence", which reflects our commitment to high academic standards. Gospel values, teachings and beliefs are infused in the daily life of our school. We pride ourselves in our academic achievements and excellent performance in the Provincial Assessments, but especially in the Christ-centred education that we offer our students.
