Plagiarism

“The big secret in life is that
there is no big secret.  Whatever
your goal, you can get there if
you’re willing to work.”

-Oprah Winfrey

Plagiarism is academic theft.  It is using someone else's words, ideas or research data, and presenting them as your own.  Plagiarism is cheating and is a serious offense.

Students must always acknowledge, document and cite the sources they have used in preparing research assignments.  Whenever in doubt, consult your teacher.
